We all carry more than we realize — busy days, lingering stress, habits that don’t serve us anymore. It builds slowly and we often feel depleted, running on empty. An Autumn Cleanse is a short, supportive reset to help you feel lighter, more grounded, and at ease in your life again.
 

What a Cleanse offers:

How we Cleanse:

We begin together with a gathering on Sunday, October 19th (5–7 PM at Clocktower Yoga). This session sets the stage: we’ll go over the logistics, walk through your workbook, and set intentions as a group. 


After that, you’ll begin your active cleanse at home — ideally during the following week, though you can choose dates that fit your schedule. Most people cleanse for 3–5 days within that week, but you’ll decide what’s right for you.
 

Throughout, you’ll be supported with:

  • A group text chat to share reflections, questions, and encouragement

  • My active guidance and availability during your cleanse week

  • A framework that’s flexible enough to meet you where you are


To complete the experience, we’ll gather again for a short closing circle on Zoom the following Sunday (October 26th, 5–5:30 PM). This is a chance to share reflections, ask questions, and talk about how to move from active cleansing into everyday life with these tools integrated.

The cleanse centers on two supportive tools:

  1. Daily rhythm — simple habits like meal spacing, self-massage, oral care, and restful sleep. Just a few days of structure can create a foundation of safety and nourishment.

  2. Kitchari mono-diet — rice, lentils, vegetables, and warming spices. Eating this for 3–5 days (with modifications if needed) frees up energy for your body to cleanse and restore. You can read the recipe here


This cleanse is designed for everyone — no prior experience needed.
