Class Descriptions:

Slow Flow: Gently paced movement, breathwork, and somatic release to ease tension and restore energy. This class helps you move through anxiety and realign the nervous system. As Clocktower Yoga's signature class, Slow Flow is a great place to begin your practice with us.

Restorative: Prop-supported rest to help you feel grounded, spacious, and fully at ease. We move through five to seven poses over the hour, creating shapes that ease pressure and restore balance. The slowest class of the week, this is a relaxing and meditative experience.

Stretch & Reset: Stretching and supported movement to unwind tension and open the body. Expect longer holds with the aid of props, steady breath, and space to pause between poses. This grounding class helps recalibrate your system and reset your energy for the week ahead.
