Solstice Yoga at Cricket Hill Garden
in Thomaston, CT
Saturday June 21st • 7:00PM - 8:00PM •
Cost: $20

Please note: This outdoor class takes place at Cricket Hill Garden (670 Walnut Hill Road, Thomaston, CT).

Just minutes up the road from Clocktower Yoga, Cricket Hill Garden is a family-run flower farm nestled in the hills of Thomaston. Their six-acre peony garden has been lovingly cultivated over the past 25 years, offering a serene and fragrant setting to welcome the summer season. While the peonies will no longer be in bloom during our class, we’ll still be surrounded by roses and lush greenery.

Join Sarah E. Carey for a Slow Flow practice among the quiet beauty of peony heaven to ring in the summer season. We’ll move through calming breathwork, full-body stretches, and restorative stillness. This class is designed to release tension and create space in both body and mind—many say it feels as relaxing as a massage.

All levels are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to practice on.
